For HR Admins only


When an official transcript or credential is received by HR, you should upload it to the employee's record in eTrieve (SoftDocs) and then complete the following to tie it to their record in NeoGov.

  1. In NeoEd, click the waffle icon in the upper left
  2. Click Employee Forms
  3. Click Employees
  4. Click the name of the desired employee
  5. Go to the Activity tab
  6. Click + Assign Process
  7. Select the checkbox next to Receive Official Transcript/Credential
  8. Click Assign
  9. Once it finishes processing, click Close
  10. Click Dashboard
  11. Click the new Complete Official Transcript Form task in your list
    Note: If it isn't visible, you can view your full task list by clicking View All
  12. Fill out the form, making sure to paste the link from SoftDocs into the URL field for the matching credential(s)
  13. If you are receiving a credential with an expiration date, enter the credential into the employee's Learn profile
  14. On your eForms Dashboard, open the Enter expiry into Learn task
  15. If you entered a credential into their Learn profile, select Completed from the dropdown. If not, select Canceled.
  16. Click Save
