For HR Admins
When an instructor has a credential that expires, that record must be added to their Learn profile.
- In NeoEd, click the waffle icon in the upper left
- Click Learning
- Click Learners
- Click the name of the desired employee
- Click Add Certification/Licenses in their Certifications/License section
- Enter the credential name
- If it shows up in the dropdown list, click it. If not, click the + button on the right and fill out the form that pops up.
- Enter the Date Issued
- Enter the Expiration Date
- Enter the certificate/license number if the credential has one
- Click Reminder Settings
- Turn on the Reminder Notices
- Click the checkbox beside 30 Days Before
- Turn on Overdue Notices
- Click the radio button beside Every Week
- Click Save
