For HR Admins


When an instructor has a credential that expires, that record must be added to their Learn profile.

  1. In NeoEd, click the waffle icon in the upper left
  2. Click Learning
  3. Click Learners
  4. Click the name of the desired employee
  5. Click Add Certification/Licenses in their Certifications/License section
  6. Enter the credential name
  7. If it shows up in the dropdown list, click it. If not, click the + button on the right and fill out the form that pops up.
  8. Enter the Date Issued
  9. Enter the Expiration Date
  10. Enter the certificate/license number if the credential has one
  11. Click Reminder Settings
  12. Turn on the Reminder Notices
  13. Click the checkbox beside 30 Days Before
  14. Turn on Overdue Notices
  15. Click the radio button beside Every Week
  16. Click Save
