    • Your account is set up through myBlueridge as part of your overall account setup. Please follow the First-Time log instructions if you have not already done so.

  • Your password works for myBlueridge and myCourses but not Webmail.
  • I am emailing my instructor and they are not receiving it.
    • The instructors use a @blueridge.edu domain name and not the @webmail.blueridge.edu that students do.
    • Check your course syllabus to verify you have the correct email address for them.

  • I received an email about my Webmail being disabled.
    • As long as you are actively taking classes your account will not be disabled.

  • Can you reset my password through a ticket or email?
    • We cannot. If the common solutions have not worked and you would like us to reset your password you will need to call the helpdesk at 828-694-1895. Our hours of operation are Monday through Thursday, 8 am to 6 pm, and Fridays 8 am through 5:30 pm.
