When there is an error with your form, an approver will send it back to you. You'll receive an email notification letting you know that the form needs corrections.



How to open the form:

  1. Click the link in the notification email

  1. Open the app
  2. Click My Reqs in the navigation on the left
  3. Select the request from the list

How do I know what to fix?

When the approver marks a request as "Needs Corrections", their notes are added to the approval. If the correction is for a multi-page app, you may need to click through additional navigation until you are able to view the Approvals panel on the right. For example, in the SAR, you will need to click Next to reach page 2.



My request didn't open correctly when I used the link in the email. What should I do?

This is usually caused by a technical problem that must be remedied by one of our Forms Adminstrators. Email a screenshot of the problem to [email protected]. While you wait for the repair, you should still be able to open the request from the app itself (see instructions above).
