Q1. What should I do if I am traveling outside the permitted regions and need access?
 A1. If access is required from a non-permitted region, please email the helpdesk in advance with your travel itinerary and access requirements. Please include your supervisor on this request. Access in non-permitted regions will be considered on a case-by-case basis and will require the approval of the CIO.

Q2. What if I encounter access issues while in a permitted region?
 A2. Verify your location settings and try again. If issues persist, contact the helpdesk for assistance.
