If you're having trouble logging in to the library's online resources, make sure that your username is the info before the @ in your email address. Do not enter the @webmail.blueridge.edu. Your password is the same one you use for your email. 

If you're putting in the correct username and password and it's still not working, wait a little while, like 30 minutes, and try again. 

If that still doesn't work, please clear the cache on the browser you're using. Instructions linked below. 


If you've done all of that and you're still having problems, email the library at library@blueridge.edu and we will get back to you ASAP when the library is open.
