1. Open a web browser and go to MyBlueridge and enter your username. ( Alternately you can go to to myaccount.microsoft.com and log in. There should be an option to change password after logging in.)


2. Click the "Forgot My Password" option and follow the prompts to change your password. (Please Remember to Use 12 Characters, At least one Capitol letter, At least one Number, and One Special Character ( *&%) ect. Do not use the @.)


3. Log into MyBlueridge to verify that your password change has been accepted.


4. On your Apple computer select the Apple Icon in the upper left portion of the screen.

5. Select System Preferences.

6. Find the Users And Groups section.

7. Select your User account.

8. Select Reset Password and Follow Prompts. (Make sure to use the same password you changed in MyBlueridge.)


9. On the Desktop find PaperCut. Click on PaperCut Web Interface and sign in with your new Password. (Printing will not work until you complete this step.)

10. Once all steps are complete your password should match in all systems.
