If you can log in to myBlueRidge and myCourses but cannot access Webmail, you will need to reset your password to force it to sync across all systems.
Please go to myaccount.microsoft.com, enter your username, and click Next. On the password entry screen, click Forgot password and follow the prompts.
When creating your new password, ensure it:
- Is at least 14 characters long
- Contains at least one capital letter, one number, and one special character (not the “@” symbol)
- Does not contain personal information or any previous passwords
Once your password is reset, you should be able to log into MyCourses and MyBlueridge. It may take up to an hour for changes to sync with your Gmail.
