If you can log in to myBlueridge and myCourses but not Webmail you will need to reset your password to force it to sync.
You can reset your password in myBlueridge. It is located under the student panel on our homepage, www.blueridge.edu.
Depending on your browser it will either say "cannot access account" or "forgot password"
Resetting here will set it for all our systems here at Blue Ridge.
