Use the username provided to you and the password you set
First Time/First Step: Search for the Location "Allied Health Work Group"
In the "Search Events" line (the blue cube), type Allied and then click the magnifying glass
When you find the space, you will see a star outline. If this is your first time, click the star to "star" the location. This will provide a shortcut to the location for future reference. To begin scheduling an event/meeting, click the name "Allied Health Work Group"
Second Step: Find the Date and Time of Your Event/Meeting
Once you have the location open, make sure the Calendar tab is clicked/showing. If your date isn't in the default view, you can change the dates and the number of weeks that show right above the calendar.
Once you have found the date, click the pencil to begin entering your event/meeting information
Third Step: Entering Your Event/Meeting
Before you enter your event/meeting, please make sure you have the following ready:
- Name of the event
- Date and time
- A description that includes the location information
