Step One: Onboarding Paperwork

1. Log onto www.pardeeuncrotations.com

1. Upload required onboarding documents:
   1. Self Study Orientation Packet (download by clicking word “example” - Then upload signed and completed pages 18-28)
   2. Information Spreadsheet (download by clicking word “example” - Then upload completed spreadsheet)
   3. Immunization records (MMR, TDAP, Hepatitis B, TB/PPD #1 and #2 within last 12 months, Flu during flu season)
   4. Drug Screening Results (within last 12 months)
   5. Background Check
   6. Review parking map

1. You are required to wear your student badge at all times. If you do not have a school issued badge you will need to check out a Pardee student badge from Tonya Bass (contact information below).
