Each semester, we need to batch apply the Required Attendance agreement to currently teaching faculty. Since the Informer report uses the HRPER file, IT or HR staff will need to run it. 

Overview of process:


1) In Colleague -> AGPD. add a new agreement period definition that is just named and described for the current semester (i.e. 2022SP)

2) In AGRD -> Copy existing definition into new definition and apply the period created above

3) In Informer. run the "Current Faculty By Semester (Attendance Agreement)" report specifying the current semester

4) Export the report output to a SAVED LIST. Use ALL CAPS and no spaced for saved list name like "FACULTY2022SP".

5) In Colleague --> AGRB, select the agreement, then fill in the saved list name you created above, selecte update mode Yes, Overwrite existing Datea Yes, Delete agreements No, Allow overwirte No. and apply "SAVE ALL".
