All BRCC employees have a Google calendar. You can use Google calendar to easily setup a meeting with a coworker. This article describes how to setup a meeting with a coworker or person outside of BRCC. In general, students use the Aviso system to schedule meetings with their instructors, advisors and other staff members. Here is a link to instructions on setting up your Aviso account to allow students to schedule meetings with you.


How to schedule meetings using Google Calendar:


1. Using your favorite web browser, login to your Blue Ridge CC email account


2. Click on the app grid icon towards the upper right of page and select the calendar option

 


3. Click "Create Event", then click "More options"


4. Add in other attendees


5. Either set a time or click the "Find a Time" tab to find a time when all attendees appear to be available


6. Save the event
