If you are trying to update your Profile Information (address, phone number, etc.) in myBlueRidge and receive the following error, please follow the steps below to correct the error message.


The cause of the error is that you do not have a Secondary (Personal) email address. You can add it by  going to the Email Addresses section of the "User Profile", click on "Add New Email":



Then, enter your personal email address and choose "Secondary (Personal)" from the "Type" list below it:


Click "Add Email".  You should then be able to 'Confirm' your information in Self-Service/Colleague.
