You must have a Papercut account to make copies. There is no cost for scanning documents. As the account holder, you are responsible for all printing / copy costs. Your account will be charged for all pages printed/copied.
Copies
- Login to the copier with your username and password or scan your ID Badge (First time badge scan must follow these instructions)
- Press "Copy" button
- Insert documents to scan in the sheet feeder or open cover and place items on glass
- Press green "Start" button
- Logout by pressing the yellow "Function/Clear" button until the login screen is displayed.
Scan
- Login to the copier with your username and password or scan your ID Badge (First time badge scan must follow these instructions)
- Press "Scan" button
- Insert documents to scan in the sheet feeder or open cover and place items on glass
- Select "e-mail" on screen, then press the "input@" button
- Enter the email address to send the document to. You can only send to @blueridge.edu and @webmail.blueridge.edu addresses
- Press green "Start" button.
