You must have a Papercut account to make copies. There is no cost for scanning documents. As the account holder, you are responsible for all printing / copy costs. Your account will be charged for all pages printed/copied.

Copies

  • Login to the copier with your username and password or scan your ID Badge (First time badge scan must follow these instructions)
  • Press "Copy" button
  • Insert documents to scan in the sheet feeder or open cover and place items on glass
  • Press green "Start" button
  • Logout by pressing the yellow "Function/Clear" button until the login screen is displayed.

Scan

  • Login to the copier with your username and password or scan your ID Badge (First time badge scan must follow these instructions)
  • Press "Scan" button
  • Insert documents to scan in the sheet feeder or open cover and place items on glass
  • Select "e-mail" on screen, then press the "input@" button
  • Enter the email address to send the document to. You can only send to @blueridge.edu and @webmail.blueridge.edu addresses
  • Press green "Start" button.
