12/10/20 TM fixed the process it should just work now


Open Jabber and click on your initials in the upper left corner. 


It will open a dialogue box. Click Settings.


Choose accounts. It is third from the bottom. Scroll down until you come to the section labeled "Voicemail"


Enter your Blueridge username along with the password that you set with IT . Click apply and ok. If it prompts for a certificate please hit accept.
