Employee Account: NCID Login and Account Help

If you are unable to sign in to NCID or E-Procurement, try the NCID self-service options before contacting the Help Desk.

NCID Self-Service Options

Go to ncid.nc.gov/idmdash/.
On the NCID sign-in page, select the option that matches your issue:
- Forgot Username
- Forgot Password
- Unlock Account
Follow the instructions on the screen.

After completing the self-service process, try signing in again.
