Room Scheduling Tool for Blue Ridge CC

25Live Pro is the tool for employees responsible for complex class and event scheduling to present a user-friendly view of schedulable spaces at the college. 

  • Both Curriculum and Continuing Education classes are pulled from Colleague each semester and assigned to the corresponding locations.
  • Employees can request/reserve a space through 25Live for meetings, events, etc., as well as request resources through the reservation such as a Media Service Technician.
  • Each space has a scheduler that manages the schedule for that location and will confirm or deny your reservation.
  • The Employees Deadlines and Events calendar is managed through 25Live.
  • Patton laptop cart reservations are managed through 25Live.


Logging In to 25Live

  • To login to 25Live, navigate to Dashboard (collegenet.com) 
  • Use the same username and password as you use for email.
  • All full time employees are automatically given the ability to request spaces/locations.
