Do not e-mail any document that contains sensitive personal information such as a social security number.
As the account holder, you are responsible for all printing/copy costs. Your account will be charged for all pages printed/copied.
Print Directly From Computer
- Use your application’s normal print function to print your document(s)
- A Papercut login prompt will appear
- If you are a curriculum student: Use the same username and password you would use to log into your BRCC email or Moodle account.
- If you do not have an account: See the library or print shop staff to pay for your print or copy job.
- Go to the printer and Login to the printer
- Press blue Menu button, then press “Select Jobs”. Be sure to verify the number of pages is what you expect.
- Retrieve your documents. Logout by pressing the yellow Function/Clear button until the login screen is displayed
Print Using Email 2 Print
(You must be a current curriculum student or employee)
- Use your favorite web browser and login to your BRCC email account.
- Start a new email message and attach a single Microsoft Office document file or Adobe PDF file
- Send your email to one of the following addresses:
- printer_bw_hcc@blueridge.edu
- printer_color_hcc@blueridge.edu
- printer_bw_tcc@blueridge.edu
- printer_color_tcc@blueridge.edu
- You will receive a confirmation email within a minute. Click the confirmation link in the email.
- You will be redirected to the Papercut webpage. Click OK to confirm your document is in the print queue
- Go to the printer and Login to the printer
- Press blue Menu button, then press “Select Jobs”. Be sure to verify the number of pages is what you expect.
- Retrieve your documents. Logout by pressing the yellow Function/Clear button until the login screen is displayed
