You must have a Papercut account to make copies. If you are a curriculum student, your Papercut account is the same username and password as your Moodle and WebMail accounts. If you are taking a Continuing Education class or not a Blue Ridge student, please contact the library circulation desk or the Print Shop to pre-pay for copies or printing.

There is no cost for scanning documents. As the account holder, you are responsible for all printing/copy costs. Your account will be charged for all pages printed/copied.

Copies

  • Login to the copier with your username (without @webmail.blueridge.edu) and password.
  • Press "Copy" button
  • Insert documents to scan in the sheet feeder or open cover and place items on glass
  • Press green "Start" button
  • Logout by pressing the yellow "Function/Clear" button until the login screen is displayed.

Scan

  • Login to the copier with your username and password.
  • Press "Scan" button
  • Insert documents to scan in the sheet feeder or open cover and place items on glass
  • Select "e-mail" on screen, then press the "input@" button
  • Enter the email address to send the document to. You can only send to @blueridge.edu and @webmail.blueridge.edu addresses
  • Press green "Start" button.
