When the Tech Support person determines they must remotely access your computer to assist you, please follow these steps to prepare your computer and allow them to connect.

First, go to our TeamViewer download page - https://get.teamviewer.com/blueridgecc. TeamViewer can be installed on both PC and Mac.

Download and run the program.

You may have to click “Yes” to allow TeamViewer to make changes to the device.

Once installed, double click the TeamViewer icon to open the program.

It will auto-populate a partner ID and a 4-digit password.  This is the information you need to give to the Tech Support person to remotely connect to your computer.
