Google Chrome: Export Your Bookmarks
You can export your Google Chrome bookmarks to an HTML file. This can be useful when moving to a new computer, creating a backup, or transferring bookmarks to another browser.
Export Your Bookmarks
- Open Google Chrome.
- Select the three dots in the upper-right corner.
- Select Bookmarks and lists.
- Select Bookmark manager.
- In Bookmark Manager, select the three dots in the upper-right corner.
- Select Export bookmarks.
- Choose where you want to save the file.
- Change the file name if desired.
- Select Save.
Chrome will create an HTML file containing your bookmarks.
Keep the File
Save the exported HTML file somewhere you can access later, such as your OneDrive.
You can use this file to import your bookmarks into Chrome or another supported browser.
