Blue Ridge Community College is committed to helping our students access the technology resources they need to succeed. The College library maintains a pool of cellular wi-fi hotspots that can be checked out to students for limited periods of time.
These wi-fi hotspot devices are already "activated" by the college and should automatically connect to the Verizon Wireless network if they are used in an area with Verizon 3G or 4G-LTE coverage. The instructions below describe how to connect your wi-fi capable laptop, or tablet to the hotspot device.
