The DocuSign application can be found at Log in using the credentials you set up when you verified your account.


The DocuSign Home tab is the default landing page when you sign into the application. It will give you a snapshot of your envelopes, a link to manage your signature, and resource links. We have developed BRCC Tech Support Knowledgebase articles with links to the most relevant DocuSign support articles.


The DocuSign Manage tab serves as "Command Central" for the envelopes you send and receive. It is structured basically like your email. Click yellow "New" button to send an envelope. Also, you can hover on the Status to get a quick view of where the envelope is or click on the Subject to view all the details, print the completed form, or download the completed form.


The DocuSign Templates tab houses all the templates created. If you have Creator permission, you will have the ability to create templates for your team to use. If you have Sender permission, you will be able to use the templates created for your team. Once a template has been created you can add it to the team shared folder or create a PowerForm.
