Steps:
1) Log into CourseDog catalog administrative site:
For Live Production catalog: https://app.coursedog.com/
For staging / test catalog: staging.coursedog.com
2) Click "Catalog Settings"
3) Select catalog year ("Live Catalog" = current published catalog)
4) Click "Generate PDF" -- the process takes about 5 minutes
5) Download when download button appears
