Blue Ridge Community College Technology Support

Using a current version of a web browser such as Google Chrome, Internet Explorer 11, Microsoft Edge Browser, or Mozilla Firefox, go to either:

• The Blue Ridge Community College website at www.blueridge.edu, access the “Students” link in the top right corner. This link opens the “Student Panel” and allows access to WebAdvisor and myBlueRidge.
• The MyBlueRidge website at https://my.blueridge.edu

Log in using your Blue Ridge Community College username and password. This should be the same username and password you use to log into Moodle, your @webmail.blueridge.edu email account, and WebAdvisor. If you are new to Blue Ridge Community College or do not know your username or password refer to the First Time Login instructions.

Click on “User Profile” to view current demographic information and your Emergency Contact Information. You should periodically review and confirm your address, phone number, and emergency contact information.

You can add your personal (non-brcc) email address as a secondary email address by clicking on the “Add address” button. If there is already a secondary email address listed, you can click the pencil icon to the right of the secondary email address to edit it as needed.
