Log into MyCourses and click on your profile icon in the upper right corner.
From the drop down menu, click on Profile.
On the left side, click on Edit profile
Scroll down to User Picture and click anywhere in the Drag and Drop field.
Click Choose File and navigate to the profile pic that you want to upload.
Then click the Upload This File button.
Scroll to the bottom of the Edit Profile page and click the Update Profile button.
You should now see your new profile pic at the top of your Profile page
