When IT makes changes to a form/app and publishes the changes, you may receive a yellow bar notification at the top of your form/app when you login (as seen below).
It is IMPORTANT to click the "Refresh" button in the bar on the right to load the most recent changes to the form/app. The latest version may contain crucial patches or fixes that affect the usability of the form/app.
