Evaluate Student Program 

Evaluates student’s progress in program of study.

The information from this report is used by Registrar staff to confirm that a student meets graduation requirements. In general, you can also use the “Progress” tab in MyBlueRidge to see this information as well.

ST-IASU 

Institutions Attended Summary 

Provides list of schools (secondary and post-secondary) attended by student; identifies which transcripts are/are not received 

NAE 

Name and Address Entry 

View detailed Name and address information for a student; viewable only.

PERC 

Person Restrictions (aka Registration hold) 

Remove any ADVR (Advising Restrictions) to allow student to register for classes themselves; view other restrictions that may be on student’s account 

PSPR 

Proposed Student Program 

View of student’s program; must know the Academic Program LookUp .

Use the “View a New Program” button in MyBueRidge instead.

RGN 

Registration 

Registration access [2019] Faculty should use MyBlueRidge to Register students and use the Withdrawl form linked off “The Insider” to withdraw students.

Provides instructor roster by course number
